6. Child and Responsible Adult Policy:
All users under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult while at VR-IMMERSION. The responsible adult assumes full responsibility for the child and may be asked to provide proof of their age at any time.
Please note that the VR headsets are not designed for use by children under the age of 13. Therefore, the responsible adult holds the sole responsibility for deciding whether a child should be permitted to use the headset. VR-IMMERSION reserves the right to limit such use to specific applications and restrict usage to one (1) hour.
The responsible adult is obligated to monitor the child at all times during headset usage. It is their responsibility to take all necessary precautions concerning the child’s use, including health considerations, potential negative effects, inappropriate use, or responding to any complaints raised by the child. VR-IMMERSION prioritises the safety and well-being of all users, and cooperation with these guidelines is essential for a secure and enjoyable experience.
The responsible adult is responsible for the safety and care of children in the waiting area. Children cannot be left unattended. If there is no one available to supervise the children, participation in the experience is not permitted, and no refund or credit will be issued.
